[Rivet] AGILe (pyext) does not find Run object

Hi,

having updated to the latest HEAD version of AGILe,
I get the following error when running agile-runmc:

    AGILe.PYTHIA: INFO  Setting initial state...
    Setting parameter MSEL = 2
         MSEL           changed from              1 to              2
    Traceback (most recent call last):
      File "/users/local/hschulz/Software/bin/agile-runmc", line 521, in
    <module>
        run = AGILe.Run(gen, OUT)
    AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'Run'

I tried rebuilding AGILe several times - it does not help.
