[Rivet] AGILe (pyext) does not find Run object

And now I can also run HEAD on my laptop. What I did:

- update to HEAD
- rm pyext/AGILe.py pyext/AGILe_wrap.cc
- rm $PREFIX/lib64/python2.5/site-packages/*AGIL*
- autoreconf --install
- configure
- make distclean   ## better safe than sorry
- configure
- make -j4 install
