If you can wait a couple of days we'll have a new release and will put
the manual on the arXiv: the intention is for this to be the canonical
reference. Would this be acceptable for you?

If you wish, you can put in a "Rivet manual" placeholder BibTeX entry in
the Les Houches proceedings and I'll fill in the details when the manual
is uploaded... let us know if that sounds sensible.
