[Rivet] Rivet release details for MCnet summer school

In fact, I've installed Rivet on the VM two days ago (along with newer
versions of fastjet and HepMC). I'm happy with updating that if needed,
but I think we can use it as it is for linking the generators to it. I
will have to install some patches anyhow, but that only affects
analyses, e.g. the modified Z-pT stuff without including photons.
Unfortunately all I currently get on the VM is "Connection reset by
peer" every couple of seconds.
