[Rivet] YAML version

The head version of Rivet has a newer yaml-cpp version: this works okay
for me on Jaunty. Not sure what the difference is or exactly what is
going wrong in the test: I'm not aware of any "real world" failure of
the YAML parsing in released Rivet versions.
