[Rivet] plugindemo Makefile

The idea is that configure won't overwrite it anymore, making the 
plugindemo directory a fully standalone example which a user can copy to 
write a plugin analysis. Right now with Makefile.am it's tied to the rest 
of the Rivet installation, which makes it less useful.
On "svn update" you might have to manually remove the already existing 
(unversioned) plugindemo/Makefile in case svn complains about it.
