Ok, fine with me. Can we say tomorrow morning? At least for the code 
release. I think for the manual we still need a little bit of work, don't 
we? What is the plan with regards to its publication? We wanted to put it 
onto the arXiv and keep updating it. Do we also want to try and get it 
into something like CPC? I don't think any other journal is viable without 
a lot of work?
