Hi Daniel,

did you include the Rivet sources? They are probably useful so that
people have examples to look at.

And we should also include Pythia 8.150
(http://home.thep.lu.se/~torbjorn/Pythia.html). It's just a

  ./configure --enable-shared --with-hepmc=/path/to/hepmc --with-hepmcversion=2.06.04 &&
  make &&
  cd examples &&
  make main32
