[Rivet] ATLAS Dijet + Veto analysis

(This email assumes that this is the correct email list to contact about including new analysis, sorry if its not!)

A new analysis routine has been prepared to implement the plots found in the dijet with a central jet veto analysis performed by ATLAS (hep-ex:1107.1641). An archive containing a beta version has been attached to this email. Additionally comparison plots have been attached which shows the relevant ATLAS data from HEPDATA (http://hepdata.cedar.ac.uk/view/p8047) compared to dijet events produced by fPYTHIA. The comparison was made with Rivet 1.6.0. There is good agreement with what was seen in the analysis, however generated statistics makes it difficult to say this is true for all kinematic regions.

The routine itself is a little rough around the edges. For example it outputs many of the intermediate histograms in addition to the final plots.
