[Rivet] rivet and problems with python lib

Hi Zenonas,

This does indeed look like an environment issue: does your batch system
have the same operating system (and Python version) as the workstation
on which you've successfully run it interactively? Are the same
environment scripts being sourced?

Might be worth submitting a "locate libpython2.6.so.1.0" job to your
batch system via bsub, to see whether that library is available at all.

By the way, I guess from the bsub output that you've been running this
on lxplus/lxbatch -- why not use the pre-installed Rivet and AGILe in
the Genser repository?

Cheers,
Andy
