[Rivet] Plots normalized to cross section

Hi Stefan,

there is the rivet-rescale tool you can use to normalise the plots.
We had a looooong discussion in the Rivet developer team about
normalisation, and the sensible people have been overruled, so that's
why we normalise the plots they way we do. Okay, now I better RUN, DUCK
AND COVER!
