[Rivet] Asymmetric uncertainties in data files

Hi,

Mike has just fixed a bug in the HepData aida exporter causing
asymmetric uncertainties to be symmetrized in the aida file. If one of
your analyses has asymmetric data uncertainties you should re-export it
from HepData.
