[Rivet] AGILe 1.3.0 alpha0 for testing, and Genser HERWIG LHEF reading

Hi Andy,
I tested new version of AGILe with mcplots scripts and everything seams 
good (at least with pythia6 and alpgen+pythia6 interface).
