[Rivet] useInvisibles

Hello,
I noticed that the default setting for the jet finders is to have 
useInvisibles=false (ie exclude neutrinos from jets). This is the wrong 
setting for all the D0 analyses (and the atlas ones?). It generally will 
have a tiny effect, except in the case of b-jets. There is also a CDF 
Z+b analysis, I'm not sure what they did with neutrinos, though.
