[Rivet] xsection in rivet-nopy

Hi Hannes,

No, there isn't. rivet-nopy is only intended to be a debugging / 
profiling tool (a simple way to run the Rivet library elements without 
also getting information about the Python steering layer) which we don't 
even install. It's not meant to be a functional equivalent to the rivet 
command.
