[Rivet] problems running rivet

Hi Andy

sure...
I am already using 1.5.0 ... 
and it works fine... and apart from the small tricky things, 
I am really impressed and happy with it... it's really a nice piece 
what you provided....
I like very much the rivet-mkhtml  command, that's really good....
