[Rivet] rivet bootstrap problems

Hi Ulrike,

You are missing the GSL (GNU Scientific Library) header files. On 
RedHat-based systems they are in a package called "gsl-devel", and the 
GSL libraries are in "gsl". You will need to install these, or the SLES 
equivalent packages.
