[Rivet] Dynamic ratio plot ranges in make-plots?

Hi all (and especially Hendrik),

In validating/tuning PYTHIA against the ATLAS min bias analysis in Rivet
1.5.0, the MC curves have large overshoots above the reference data in
Nch and pT observables (although for Nch this happens in the tail where
there are very few events and no MC param sensitivity, so it's not
really an issue we can do anything about).

These overshoots go outside the +-40% fixed range in the ratio plots...
is there a way to make the ratio plots ranges be chosen dynamically,
like for the main plot? (This would be a good candidate for an extra
argument on compare-histos and rivet-mkhtml.) Or could it be quickly
added if not currently possible? ;)
