The output of external programs called from within ThePEG/Herwig++ are 
normally stored internally and written out in the end of a run. This is 
done by redirecting the cout stream. Of course this doesn't help much if 
your program crashes...

I'll change this is a future release, so that if the 
EventGenerator::UseStdout flag is set, everything will be sent to cout 
directly.
