[Rivet] Bin bin correlations of experimental data

Hi,

has anyone of you heard of a resource similar to HepData that
also has the bin bin correlation matrices from unfolding
(if published) available?

I think one time someone mentioned an effort in this direction
was ongoing in Russia but I could not find anything so far.
