[Rivet] TODOs and status of merging into yoda branch

Hi,

just a short status update before I disappear for a week. The yoda
branch is in sync with trunk up to revision 3431. There are a few TODOs:

- r3336 (PVertex removal) has been reverted because it didn't compile

- r3392/r3425 (rivet-buildplugin) has been reported as broken

- r3401/r2429 (jetsBySomething) needs follow-up, since there are a
  couple of affected analyses that must be checked and/or repaired:
