[Rivet] LHCB_2010_S8758301 Rivet analysis (no HepPDT dependence)

Hi Alex, that's great: thanks! Phew, I don't need to work out what to do 
about HepPDT and possibly-clashing PDT tables, now :) I'll pull that 
into the Rivet trunk and do some testing.
