[Rivet] Problems with Rivet (make-plots)

Hi Jennifer,

it seems you are using a pre-historic version of LaTeX. In principle
that shouldn't be a problem, because we ship all the necessary files
with Rivet. Try sourcing the rivetenv.sh or rivetenv.csh file that comes
with your Rivet installation. It sets all the environment variables
needed for LaTeX.
