[Rivet] LHCb minbias analysis in Rivet?

So, to summarise: The analysis is outdated, incomplete and the data file
is wrong. Right? As interesting as this measurement is (and I think it's
the most interesting one out of the whole list), we aren't going to put
it into Rivet now. It would be great if you could fix the remaining
issues and send us the analysis again. It will then go into the next
round. Thanks a lot!
