[Rivet] New CMS plugin: strangeness in UE (CMS-PAS-QCD-11-010) and UE at forward eta (CMS-PAS-FWD-11-003)

Hello,

please find attached two CMS plugins. Both are for preliminary results 
but official data. We named the analyses with our reference IDs.

The analyses are:
Strange Particle Production in Underlying Events - CMS-PAS-QCD-11-010
Underlying Event at Forward Rapidity - CMS-PAS-FWD-11-003

The plugins will be updated after the final publication.

Thanks for including these in Rivet. The sigma inelastic plugin will 
come within shot.
