[Rivet] Rivet routine for TOTEM elastic cross-section

Thanks. What is the difference between plots d01-x01-y01 and
d02-x01-y01, which have exactly the same labels? Looking in the code it
appears that they are for different t ranges... is that right? Shall I
add "(low-$t$)" and "(high-$t$)" to the respective titles? I'll also
remove the "The"s if that's ok ;-)
