[Rivet] [Hepforge] Hepforge upgrade: new Rivet URL

Hi again,

is analyses.html automatically generated? There are a handful of '<' 
characters in the descriptions that need to be escaped properly. They 
are mainly in author names and eta ranges.

I did the fix by hand for now, but the next time the file is regenerated 
the page will break.
