No! As mentioned many times, these scripts are in "contrib" for a reason: they don't always work and the interface is not polished. It's intended as a template to be modified for particular tasks. I know this isn't a good situation. We'd like to have run merging built in: if this affects you (which is pretty much the case for everyone), please help with getting the YODA branch into a state where we can move it into the Rivet trunk. The amount of manpower we've had for doing work on that branch has been something like 0.05 FTE, so it's hardly surprising that it's been slow...
