[Rivet] Plans for Rivet 1.8.0 release

Ah, I do have one more item for the 1.8.0 TODO list: Hendrik recently 
reported a compare-histos bug which means that file ordering can result 
in plots not being shown, etc. Yuck, we should definitely get that fixed 
for the next release.
