Hi Thomas, Just a quick side point: if you meant that you can't get a SPIRES or Inspire ID because the analyses are not yet public, then it doesn't really matter what name you give to the analysis. I usually replace the ID code part with something descriptive, e.g. ATLAS_2012_JETUE and then it's not a big change to rename it to the fully published convention when the analysis is published and known to Inspire.
