[Rivet] Rivet 1.8.1 and migration to YODA

Hi guys (especially ATLAS),

I'd like to get 1.8.1 out and switch to YODA. What's the status of ...

... this stuff? Are we actually still waiting for anything?

Since "the week" has been over for a few weeks now, I would suggest to
release NOW if there aren't any show stoppers.
