[Rivet] Rivet goes YODA!

Hi guys and gals,

just a short heads-up that we are about to screw you all! We are moving
the Rivet trunk into an AIDA branch and the YODA branch into trunk this
afternoon. The 1.8.1 release will then be made from the AIDA branch.
Why today? Well, Andy happens to be in Durham for a day.

To compile the YODA version of Rivet, you have to install YODA first
(from Hepforge). Plotting is still done through AIDA, and YODA comes
with a yoda2aida. That's one of the next things to clean up.
