[Rivet] Code documentation

I've updated the Doxy config now to not specify those headers, cf. the 
AGILe one, and switched those repo bases to the new URLs.

I think h6 has been retired, however, and the new machine doesn't have a 
system copy of doxygen. David, can you install that and then I'll 
regenerate the docs (it'll then happen automatically via a cron job but 
I hadn't noticed that it had been failing, so would like to see it 
definitely work once!)
