[Rivet] Rivet 1.8.1 and migration to YODA

Hi all,

It's been a while since we did much core Rivet development, but last
week Hendrik, David and I did some more hacking of YODA and the Rivet
branch that uses it, and we are nearly ready to move the YODA branch
onto the Rivet trunk. It won't be perfect, but the YODA C++ and Python
interfaces are now sufficiently complete, and able to read and write the
new data format for a variety of data objects, that we prefer to put it
in the firing line so that some of the rough edges and sharp corners
will *have* to be polished off!

However, before making that branch merge we want to get a new minor
release out to include the analyses added by Peter, Hendrik, and shortly
Holger: I know we'll have the latest ATLAS inclusive jets analysis very
shortly, and by the sounds of things there are several other ATLAS soft
QCD analyses that we can expect within the week. So let's keep on
prodding at YODA and the rivet-yoda branch until we have those analyses
in place (to minimise the need for a 1.8.x maintenance branch) then
release 1.8.1 and *finally* get YODA on track for a public airing.
