[Rivet] Rivet routines of CONF papers

Hi all, 

We have a CMS Rivet routine for strange particle production in UE at 7 TeV, CONF paper: http://cdsweb.cern.ch/record/1463352/files/QCD-11-010-pas.pdf. 

If you want to add this routine into the next release, I will send it to CMS and ask for the validation. or do you think shall we wait for the journal paper ?
