[Rivet] LHCb minbias analysis in Rivet?

Hi all,
Actually we managed to find a nasty bug on the lhcb software side and the ratios now appear to be all ok. I've also cleaned the code. I'll make it available to you by the end of the weekend.

If you manage to fix/cleanup the code before lets say end of next week,
we'd rather use the new version (I know it's LHCb week ...). If not:
