[Rivet] agile-runmc Alpgen

Hi again Stefania!
as far as I know I'm the only one who successfully got alpgen running 
through agile and rivet, though I have tried to help a few other people 
along the way... It's really quite painful due to different operation 
models in alpgen and in rivet.

The thread below seems incomplete, but if you let me know the question 
again I'll try to help.
