[Rivet] Rivet 1.8.3b1 available for mcplots testing

Andy,

these messages are not new to 1.8.3b1, they were in the previous version 
1.8.2 as well. I am not sure they cause a harm but generate big log 
files. So, I don't have anything against the release.
