[Rivet] Rivet analysis for LHCb charm production cross-section measurement

Thanks Patrick, and apologies for the late response. We have *nearly*
finished our long-running validation work for Rivet 2.0, and will make a
final release of the 1.x series at the same time. So I will get your
analysis code implemented for this last 1.x release and convert the code
for the new 2.0 version. We'll let you know if we need any more input...
