Hi Andrea, Nothing is done about overflows if making TGraphs from AIDA objects: TGraphs are just graphical representations. I think a flag was added to that script to make TH1s instead, in which case I *think* the overflows are copied across. Histogramming in general, including run combination and conversion to ROOT objects, is improved in Rivet version 2, for which a very stable beta release is available.
