Yes! The LCG platform tag needs to be compatible with your system.

Obviously the slc5 part needs to change to slc6. But the compiler will
change as well. To find what is available, you should list the contents
of the LCG directories that you want to use: gcc46 will almost certainly
work, or you might like to use a gcc47 or 48 build depending on your
preferred environment setup.
