[Rivet] Rivet analysis for LHCb charm production cross-section measurement

Dear Rivet Developers,

I have written and tested an analysis plugin for our LHCb measurement of differential open charm hadron production cross-sections.  The paper is "Prompt charm production in pp collisions at sqrt(s)=7 TeV", Nucl.Phys. B871 (2013) 1-20.  I have attached a gzipped tar archive with the code, reference histograms, and metadata.  Please let me know if you need more information or if i can provide further assistance with the plugin.
