Argh. So leave it at 2.06.06 after all for the time being?

We have another problem: when downloading FastJet using Python's
urllib2 (as done in the bootstrap) one gets a 403 -- possibly to deny
access to (Python) bots. Downloading the same URL with wget works
fine. I have tried to work around this by specifying the User-Agent
header in the urllib2 request, but I still get a 403. Hendrik, can you
reproduce that, and would you have any other idea what to try out?
