[Rivet] Rivet hackfest, in week of 16-20 Dec?

No problem! We knew it was an awkward time, but it would be good to get
together again and develop/discuss before the end of the year.

So, due to David's constraint let's restrict ourselves to the start of
the week: Mon 16 - Tue 17 (possibly arriving the day before / leaving
the day after as you prefer). Is that good, or particularly bad for
anyone else who would like to come?

If you can't make it, that's ok: we'll try to do another one somewhere
in early 2014, aiming for three such sessions per year.
