[Rivet] Rivet on lxplus

Dear Rivet Authors,

I would like to get Rivet up and running for my analysis, and see on your
getting started guide that it is available on lxplus.  The guide says to
follow a link to some slides that give a tutorial but when I click on the
link, https://rivet.hepforge.org/trac/rivet/doc, I get:

Error: Not Found

No handler matched request to /rivet/doc

Do you know what may be causing this or where else I can get these slides.
