[Rivet] Remaining Rivet/YODA histogramming issues fixed... release 2.0.0 soon?!

Hi all,

I finally got time yesterday (via a transatlantic flight) to fix the
four remaining Rivet trunk analyses with histogramming issues. The
MC/data agreement for these four now looks good from the plots, except
for D0_2008_S7837160: this is the W charge asymmetry, but no asymmetry
is visible from the input H++ events. Has it always been that way,
David? I've tried to debug and the analysis looks ok to me...

I've also added a warning comment to the JADE/OPAL analysis info file,
explaining the ambiguity in the definition of the integrated jet rates
and advising use of the differential ones by (strong) preference.

There are a few other things on my Rivet 2.0 TODO list, which I will try
to tick off in the next few days. They include some
checks/fixes/improvements in YODA, which will also get a new release.
Otherwise, any reason not to finally get this damn thing released so we
can get back to cool things like the Cuts mechanism (and incorporating
all the new analyses that we've been sent)?

Andy
