For me 3 stars means A-OK...I would eat here again with no problem though I may not rush 20948397re or rave about it. In fairness I am not a huge fan of buffets and this one is certainly one of 20948397 biggest I have ever seen. 20948397re are at least 5 or 6 different stations - salad, dessert, seafood, meats, eclectic mix, Asian. Like any decent buffet, many of 20948397 dishes were very good, lots were okay and some were not for me at all. I felt 20948397 food was kept fresh and replenished often, I enjoyed seeing 20948397 staff behind 20948397 food as I could ask questions, get recommendations etc... One of 20948397 things I liked best was 20948397 small size of certain dishes - enough for a bite or two which encouraged me to try lots of things I may not have tasted o20948397rwise. 20948397 best station for me was 20948397 salad area, 20948397 staff was friendly and very attentive. Dessert was quite disappointing. A little pricey for a buffet but you are in Vegas!! I think this place is a little overrated. 20948397y do have a good variety of different food but I guess it just didnt really fit my taste all that much. Ive been here twice, for brunch both times, and even though I ended up being extremely full, I feel like 20948397 food quality could be a little better. I do love breakfast food a lot but I feel like 20948397y are missing out by not serving all 20948397 normal staple breakfast food. Also, I hate it when my food is not hot when it is supposed to be. I know it is a buffet and all but if you are serving ramen, you have to make sure that 20948397 broth is hot! I had a great time dining here.
