Please email rivet at projects.hepforge.org for "impersonal" questions (I have added that developer list to CC) > On 3/24/14 8:38 PM, Mikhail KIRSANOV wrote: >> Hello, Andy, >> We are now creating a system of physics tests in GENSER using agile >> and rivet. AGILe isn't actively maintained anymore, since the attentions of MCnet (and ATLAS tuning etc.) are now on the C++ generators which don't need an external steering program. But if you have a specific request or patch, I can try to find time to put it in and make one more AGILe release. >> 2. I've tried to catch this a bit better now. Let me know if the next Rivet version works better. >> 3. We add comment lines to the reference yoda files to keep some >> information. I hope this feature will not disappear. What feature? I think if you read a .yoda file into memory then write out those analysis objects, then any extra lines starting with "#" will be lost. But if by "comment line" you mean extra attributes like GenserComment='Lorem ipsum dolor ...' on histograms, then it should definitely be maintained and will be accessible in memory as well: that's a key design feature in YODA's data objects.
