[Rivet] rivet bootstrap fails on OS X 10.9.3

Thanks for the report, Lukas!

We already fixed that one on the trunk, and my plan is to make a new
release any day now (even today). When that happens, I'll test to see if
the new one can be used with Rivet 2.1.2, and update the bootstrap if I
can. There will be a new Rivet release fairly soon, too (in September).
