[Rivet] question on rivet-mkhtml

Hi Roberto,
(taking rivet dev list back into cc for information),

It works fine for me with this file. I am testing with Rivet 2.2.0, is
that what you are also using? Can you give a few more details, e.g. by
running the rivet-mkhtml command with -v?
